Confirm assessments with Dasha

Expressions of interest for adult autism assessments.

I may offer a limited number of Confirm appointments as my capacity allows. These are delivered by telehealth to adults aged 18 or over who will be attending from within Australia.

Joining this list does not reserve an appointment. I cannot currently say when, or whether, I will be able to offer you one. Any offers will depend on my capacity, appointment availability and whether this service is suitable for your needs. Appointments will not necessarily be offered in the order people register.

Please continue exploring other providers and remain on other waiting lists. Do not rely on this list as your only assessment option, particularly if you need an assessment within a particular timeframe.

Confirm includes an autism assessment and a brief, one-page confirmation letter. Comprehensive reports through Confirm Extra are currently unavailable due to the additional time involved. A later report upgrade is not available.

If you need a comprehensive report, please seek another provider who offers this.

This service provides a speech pathologist's autism assessment and clinical opinion. It does not, by itself, constitute a diagnosis for medical or funding purposes. Acceptance by another organisation cannot be guaranteed, and you should check its requirements before booking. Assessment does not guarantee a particular clinical outcome.

If I offer you a suitable appointment and you accept it, A$695, which is 50% of the total fee, is required to secure the booking. Your appointment offer will include the payment deadline, the due date for the remaining A$695 and the booking and cancellation terms before you commit.

Joining this expression-of-interest list is free and does not commit you to booking or paying. No payment is required now. The applicable fee will be confirmed before booking. Registering does not lock in a fee.

Dasha, through Neurodiscovery, collects the details you choose to submit here to manage your expression of interest, consider whether this service meets your needs and contact you about assessment availability. Providing your details is voluntary. Without the required information, I cannot register your interest through this form. Your mobile number is used to contact you about appointment availability.

This form and its responses are held in the While You Wonder Kajabi account used to administer this list. Kajabi and its service providers process the information on our behalf. This can involve processing outside Australia, including in the United States.
